What We Do

As the voice of the hospitality industry, the AHA

  • Represents the industry before the Arkansas General Assembly and government agencies;
  • Promotes public awareness of the industry and its contributions to the Arkansas economy;
  • Facilitates specially discounted benefits and services to our members;
  • Offers training and education programs on food and alcohol safety, student training programs and more to build the future of the hospitality industry in Arkansas
  • Sponsors one of the state's largest trade shows in the Fall of each year, highlighting the latest technology in services and products required by the hospitality industry.

Our Partners

The AHA also works closely with local, state and federal government agencies to promote the industry and its needs, including

And the AHA partners with national organizations such as the National Restaurant Association , the American Hotel & Lodging Association , the Hospitality Business Alliance , the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to track industry trends and to advocate for pro-business policies in Arkansas and nationwide.

Local chapters provide grassroots support for the statewide association. The chapter affords you an excellent opportunity to network and to get to know your fellow operators better. We encourage all of our members to become active in their local chapters.
