Important Instructions to Maximize Your Gains From the iPhone App and Website
If you have multiple locations of one business, you must create a Package and Hot Deal for each location specifically. You CANNOT have ONE general Package and Hot Deal for multiple locations. This is because the search function on the iPhone application is going to go by two things, the user's location and zip code.
Creating a Package and Hot Deal for each location of your business will ensure that each location will have a Package and Hot Deal that shows up when the user searches a certain zip code.
If you are currently listing in the Attractions, Lodging, and Dining database (ALD) of Arkansas.com you may proceed to <Arkansas.com/$MGT> and create your Packages and Hot Deals.
You must be a part of the ALD database to participate in the Packages and Hot Deals program. If you are not listed, please contact Kerry Kraus at

To begin the process, you need to go to the admin page for the ALD < Arkansas.com/$MGT >
Coupons
Once you have logged in to the admin page for the ALD, click on "Coupons".
Next click on "Add a Coupon" in the pink box.
From there, you should input your information into the template form (please try to fill in as many boxes as you can).
*Some things to note are*
* Coupons DO NOT have to include lodging!
* A coupon can simply offer a discount for a meal, a free desert, kids eat free, etc.
Packages
The instructions for creating a Package are the same as listed above for the coupons.
First, enter your login information.
Next, click on "Add a Package/Hot Deal" in the pink box.
From there, you just input your information into the template form (please try to fill in as many boxes as you can).
*Some things to note are*
*Each Package and Hot Deal can only be good for 90 days, so please enter your Availability Start Date and Availability End Date accordingly.
*It must be some sort of "Package" WITH Lodging! Lodging has to be included in the price, along with an added "something".
Examples:
- 1 night lodging + a 1 hour massage at a local spa
- Stay 3 nights, get 4th night free
- 2 nights lodging + free snacks in the afternoon
- 1 night lodging + free use of our Jon boat for a day
- 2 nights lodging in a cabin + 1 half-day guided fishing trip
- A nights lodging + 50% off your dinner at a local restaurant
The items with the red * are required (Title, Description, Company Name, ALD Member)
- You MUST list your "Company Name" the same for each separate package and hot deal
- You can choose up to two (2) categories to place your Packages and Hot Deals in
- You MUST include at least one e-mail address for notification purposes
- You MUST enter a price in the box labeled "PRICE"
